Terms & Conditions
..Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd..
Last Updated: July 12, 2026 Governing Jurisdiction: Queensland, Australia
Note: Please contact Administration if you need clarification.
1. The Agreement, Scope and Amendments
1.1 Binding Contract: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd ("We", "Us", "Our") and the Member ("You", "Your"). This agreement governs your entire relationship with us, including use of the website, participation in the Talent Directory, the Rewards Club, and all Giveaway Services.
1.2 Right to Amend: We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website. For significant changes that materially affect your membership rights, we will provide notice via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notification on the platform.
1.3 Acceptance by Continued Use: By continuing to access the Services after any changes are made, you provide your express deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Services and cancel your membership in accordance with Section 2.
1.4 Electronic Execution: By clicking "I Agree," "Sign Up," or by paying a membership fee, you provide an electronic signature that has the same legal force as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001.
2. Membership Structure and Promotional Giveaway Terms
2.1 Membership Tier Matrix and Promotional Giveaway Entries: Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd operates a distinct ecosystem consisting of Free, Paid Subscription, Business, and Legacy plans. Complimentary, recurring promotional giveaway entries are systematically allocated based on your specific tier status. The subscription prices, volume of recurring entries per draw, and basic parameters are explicitly defined as follows:
Bronze Membership (Free Profile): Cost: $0. Receives one (1) free recurring giveaway entry for ALL trade promotion random draw giveaways. Profile updates are subject to the standard administrative review and approval gate detailed in Section 4.
Silver Membership: Cost: $49 per year. 2 extra editorial credits to amend profile per year. Receives twenty (20) free recurring giveaway entries for ALL trade promotion random draw giveaways. To utilise these entries and maintain a published profile, the account must maintain an active status. Subscription prices can be subject to change at the sole discretion of the platform. Subject to age and location terms.
Gold Membership: Cost: $89 per year. 4 extra editorial credits to amend profile per year. Receives twenty (40) free recurring giveaway entries for ALL trade promotion random draw giveaways. To utilise these entries and maintain a published profile, the account must maintain an active status. Subscription prices can be subject to change at the sole discretion of the platform. Subject to age and location terms.
Platinum Membership: Cost: $120 per year. 8 extra editorial credits to amend profile per year. Receives one hundred (100) free recurring giveaway entries for ALL trade promotion random draw giveaways. To utilise these entries and maintain a published profile, the account must maintain an active status. Subscription prices can be subject to change at the sole discretion of the platform. Subject to age and location terms.
Business Members: Structured for commercial and partner interactions. Specific commercial terms apply. To utilise platform features, the account must maintain an active status.....
Founding Members (Lifetime Pro Membership): This tier represents an expired, legacy offer that required a one-time upfront payment for a Lifetime Pro Membership. This package receives ten (10) free recurring giveaway entries for ALL trade promotion random draw giveaways. 1 (one) editorial credit to amend profile per year.
2.2 Bonus and Plan Entries Lifespan (The Strict Calendar Year Rule): All free promotional giveaway entries included with standard recurring tier entries are valid strictly within the specific calendar year in which they are issued. Every entry allocation clears uniformly and automatically expires at 11:59:59 PM AEST on December 31st (resetting completely at 00:00:00 AM AEST on January 1st). Under no circumstances do promotional trade promotion giveaway entries roll over into a subsequent calendar year.
Reasonableness: Tying giveaway entries strictly to the active calendar year is an administrative and mathematical necessity. It allows the platform to safely calculate trade promotion and prize pool liabilities, clean cumulative data stacks, and maintain total compliance with Australian state-based trade promotion and lottery regulations.
2.3 The Active Status and Editorial Submission Mandate: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your entitlement to receive, accumulate, or utilize any tier-based giveaway entries outlined in Section 2.1, or to redeem any perks within the Rewards Club (Section 3), is strictly conditional upon maintaining an Active status membership and having successfully completed and submitted a profile publication editorial form via our official platform channels. The mere holding of a registered account, user dashboard, or login credentials without a corresponding, completed editorial submission does not grant eligibility for rewards or promotional giveaways. To accommodate immediate entry prior to a specific giveaway cut-off time, a member must have submitted their completed editorial form before the designated cut-off hour; provided this submission has occurred, eligibility is maintained while the profile undergoes our manual backend review process. Under no circumstances will entries be awarded, stacked, or made available for draws if a member has failed to submit their editorial form, or if their account is suspended, paused, lapsed, or in arrears.....
Reasonableness: This distinction balances administrative necessity with member fairness. Because Cast 2 Crew manually reviews and filters all data submissions to maintain ecosystem standards, there is a natural processing window of several business days between form submission and final platform publication. Requiring the submission rather than the final approved publication allows members to secure immediate giveaway eligibility right up until cut-off times, while ensuring that only genuine, participating talent who have actively provided their data can benefit from the prize pools funded by the platform.
2.4 Multi-Tier Changes and Plan Logic: Benefits from Paid Pro Memberships are bound to the active billing cycle of that specific plan. If you transition between tiers, your recurring entry balance will automatically adjust to the rate defined by your newly active tier.
Reasonableness: This provides Members with flexibility to change their industry exposure and winning probability across active billing periods while ensuring fair calculation parameters for database entries....
2.5 Promotional Specials and Variations: We reserve the right to run "Specials" (e.g., flash sales or seasonal bonuses). The terms of a Special (such as extra entries or discounted rates) apply only to transactions completed during the specified promotional window. Specials cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
Reasonableness: Dynamic promotions are a standard commercial necessity to drive community growth and allow us to offer extra value during peak industry seasons.
2.6 No Refunds and Immediate Value Delivery: All membership fees and tier upgrades are non-refundable. Upon payment, the Member receives immediate access to the "Custom Blueprint" of our Rewards Club, digital profile builder tools, and is instantly recorded in the entry database for upcoming draws.
ACL Note: While "change of mind" refunds are not provided, we acknowledge our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding major failures of service.
Reasonableness: Because the digital value (entry into draws and access to proprietary partner deals) is delivered the moment the transaction is complete, the service is considered "consumed." This prevents "gaming the system" where a member enters a draw or builds a profile, and then seeks a refund after the winner is announced or after utilizing platform tools......
3. Rewards Club and Business Partner Ecosystem
3.1 Dynamic Perks and Partner Availability: The Rewards Club is a curated, live directory of third-party "Business Parties" offering exclusive deals to Our Members. We reserve the absolute right to add, remove, or substitute Business Parties and their respective "specials" or discounts at any time without prior notice. While we strive to maintain high-value partnerships, Cast 2 Crew does not guarantee that any specific discount or service will be available at any given time.
Reasonableness: As a dynamic digital platform, our value lies in the current aggregation of active industry deals. Business Partners may change their own commercial strategies or cease operations; therefore, we must be able to update the Rewards Club to ensure only active, valid deals are presented to our community.....
3.2 Independent Provision and Direct Contract: When you redeem a perk or purchase a good/service from a Business Party, you are entering into a separate legal contract directly with that third party. These transactions are governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of that Business Party. Cast 2 Crew's role is strictly limited to that of a "facilitator" or "messenger." We provide the introduction and the discount code/link; we do not process the transaction for the partner’s goods.
Reasonableness: Because Cast 2 Crew does not control the inventory, staff, fulfilment, or quality control of external Business Parties, it is commercially necessary that the liability for the product or service sits with the provider, not the platform that hosted the promotion.....
3.3 Dispute Resolution with Partners: Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery, or honouring of a Business Party’s offer must be resolved directly between the Member and the Business Party. While we may choose to assist in communication as a gesture of goodwill, we are under no legal obligation to resolve issues or provide compensation for a partner's failure to perform.
Reasonableness: Our membership fee is for access to the platform and giveaway eligibility. The Rewards Club is a value-add benefit. It is reasonable to limit our liability to the platform itself, rather than the varied operational standards of hundreds of external vendors.
4. Talent Directory, Submission Architecture and "No Agency" Status
4.1 Promotional Platform Only: Cast 2 Crew is a digital publisher, rewards club, and promotional directory. We provide a platform for Members to showcase their professional profiles and for industry third parties to discover talent. Your membership does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, or employer-employee relationship. We do not "represent" you in the industry. We do not proactively "scout" for specific roles, pitch specific Members to casting directors, or actively seek work on your behalf. We do, however, widely reach prospective job listers with potential job opportunities, paid or non-paid. We strongly recommend that all talent seek representation from a licensed Talent Agency for career management.
4.2 Financial Independence and No Commissions: Cast 2 Crew operates on a "Flat-Fee Membership" model only. We will never ask for, nor are we entitled to, any "cut," percentage, or commission from any earnings you secure through connections made via the platform. All negotiations regarding pay rates, working conditions, and contracts are handled directly between the Member and the employer/casting entity. We do not provide advice on industry awards (e.g., Live Performance Award) or negotiate "buy-outs" or "residuals."
4.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we provide the tools for visibility, Cast 2 Crew makes no guarantee of professional success. We do not guarantee that your profile will be viewed, that you will receive auditions, or that you will secure any form of paid employment or commercial contracts. The success of a profile is dependent on the Member's own materials (headshots, credits, showreels).
4.4 User Data Submission and Absolute Administrative Review Gate: Members submit their data, text, credentials, headshots, showreels, and other media content ("Submitted Content") via the platform's profile interface. Submitted profiles or updates do not go live automatically. All submissions pass into an administrative review queue.
Right to Refuse: We explicitly reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to approve or not approve any editorial submissions, updates, or profile modifications. We may refuse to publish or remove any Submitted Content that fails to meet our internal quality guidelines, formatting standards, safety criteria, or brand alignment.
Scope of Purchase: Payment for membership plans covers platform access, tool use, and the backend administrative review process of your materials. It does not grant a member an unconditional, automatic right to display unverified, poor-quality, or non-compliant media publicly on the domain.
4.5 Profile Messaging and Admin Access: The platform provides integrated contact forms on public Talent Profiles to facilitate direct communication inquiries from third parties and clients to the Member. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that all messages, text, and data sent through these profile contact forms are systematically processed via our central administration platform. While these communications are primarily intended for the talent, site administrators retain full, unhindered access to all technical submissions, metadata, and message contents for the purposes of moderation, platform maintenance, structural integrity, and platform security.
Reasonableness: Because Cast 2 Crew hosts these communication endpoints on our own underlying digital server architecture, we retain a legal and operational duty of care to protect our ecosystem from digital risk. Admin access is a technical necessity that allows the Company to screen for malicious software, filter automated spam, block fraudulent job lister behaviour, and investigate violations of the Code of Conduct (Section 11), ensuring a safe environment for both Members and site visitors.
4.6 Truthfulness of Submitted Credentials: The Member warrants that all credits, experience, training, union affiliations, and representation details submitted for review are 100% accurate, truthful, and genuine. Submitting fabricated, plagiarized, or intentionally misleading credentials constitutes a material breach of this contract and will result in the immediate removal of the profile and account termination without refund.
5. Intellectual Property, "Custom Blueprint" and Non-Competition
5.1 Absolute Personal Ownership of Intellectual Property: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that all aspects of the Cast 2 Crew platform—including but not limited to our website code, HTML/CSS structure, user interface designs, graphics, proprietary membership protocols, internal draw algorithms, curated vendor reward structures, database architecture, and backend review logic (collectively, the "Custom Blueprint") are the exclusive personal Intellectual Property (IP) of Mr Allan William Cridland (the Managing Director of Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd). Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd operates this platform under an exclusive commercial license from Allan Cridland. Nothing in these Terms grants any Member, Site Visitor, or third party any implied or explicit ownership rights or licenses to any portion of this IP.
5.2 Comprehensive Anti-Scraping and Reverse-Engineering Prohibitions: Both Site Visitors (unregistered users browsing the domain) and registered Members are strictly prohibited from deconstructing, copying, mimicking, mirroring, or reverse-engineering our website layout, software code, internal logic, operational flows, or trade secrets.
Automated Data Extraction Prohibited: You must not utilize any automated software, bots, web spiders, data-crawlers, screen-scrapers, deep-links, or AI-training data collection mechanisms to extract data from, monitor, copy, or index our public directory pages, user accounts, or proprietary platform structures.
Commercial Protection: Replicating or attempting to replicate our website operations or layout for the purpose of creating or consulting for a competing product or service—especially within the Film, Performing Arts, Entertainment, and Sporting Industries—is a direct violation of copyright, patent law, and this contract.
5.3 Non-Competition and Restraint (Cascading Restraint): You acknowledge that by visiting the domain or joining the platform, you gain "behind-the-scenes" access to proprietary methods, layout concepts, and vendor networks owned by Allan Cridland. You agree not to replicate, establish, or consult for any business model or digital platform layout that mimics the Cast 2 Crew operation within Australia for a period of: 8 Years. This applies uniformly to all Site Visitors, Members, and Business Partners who have interacted with our proprietary systems or browsed our digital architecture.
Expanded Reasonableness and Commercial Intent: > Protection of Legitimate Business Interests: This restraint is strictly necessary to protect Allan Cridland's extensive personal R&D investment. Since 2017, significant capital and thousands of hours have been deployed to develop this non-public "Custom Business Model and Operation Blueprint" for talent discovery and reward distribution. Without this restraint, a Member, Visitor, or Partner could "free-ride" on this investment, cloning our curated networks, layout, or logic to target our customer base without the associated years of research, development, and financial costs. National Geographic Scope: As a digital platform, our market is borderless within Australia. A competitor launched in another state still directly cannibalizes our niche and devalues our intellectual property. Therefore, a nationwide restraint is the minimum geographic area required to protect the brand. Cascading Logic: We utilise a cascading structure (8/7/6 years) to ensure that if a court finds one period too long, the agreement remains enforceable at a shorter duration. This aligns with standard Australian legal practice for protecting proprietary business models. Targeted Restriction: We only prevent the replication of our specific business model, website operations, layout, and software logic (the Blueprint), ensuring your generic professional freedom remains intact while our proprietary architecture stays protected. Platform Security Duty: It is commercially impossible to guarantee 100% immunity from all global digital risks. By maintaining a proactive maintenance schedule, we fulfill our duty of care to the community to minimise these risks.
6. Giveaways and Trade Promotion Conditions
6.1 Eligibility and Residency: Participation in Cast 2 Crew giveaways is open to active Members who are: (a) Aged 18 years or older; and (b) Residents of Australia, excluding South Australia (SA).
Reasonableness: South Australia operates under a distinct regulatory framework (Lotteries Act 1984) that requires specific permits and different drawing protocols for trade promotions. To maintain a cost-effective membership model for the majority of Australians, we exclude SA residents to avoid the high administrative and legal costs associated with that state's unique compliance requirements.
6.2 Draw Protocol and Integrity: All winners are determined via a random electronic draw. Every single entry recorded in the draw database holds an identical mathematical probability of being selected. Higher tier placement naturally increases overall cumulative entry allocations within a draw cycle according to the fixed volume ratios defined in Section 2.1. The results of the draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
6.3 Winner Notification and The "10-Day" Forfeiture Rule: We are committed to delivering prizes to our community. However, prizes cannot be held indefinitely. Winners will be notified via their registered email address and/or phone number. We will make ten (10) attempts to contact the winner within a period of ten (10) business days. If, after 10 attempts and 10 business days, the winner has not responded or cannot be verified, the prize will be deemed forfeited. Cast 2 Crew will then conduct a "Redraw" to select a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Reasonableness: Trade promotion laws require that prizes be awarded fairly. Holding prizes indefinitely prevents other members from having a chance at a redrawn prize and creates an "unclaimed prize" liability that is commercially unmanageable. The 10-attempt/10-day window exceeds the "reasonable effort" standard required by most Australian state regulators.
6.4 Prize Conditions:
Non-Transferable: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.
Third-Party Delivery: Where a prize is provided by a Business Partner, Cast 2 Crew is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery (See Section 3 and 7).
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
7.1 General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to your rights under the ACL), Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or loss of data.
7.2 Specific Exclusions of Liability: We are expressly not liable for:
Service Interruptions: Any inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failures, or third-party internet infrastructure issues.
Third-Party/Business Party Conduct: Any failure by a Business Partner to deliver goods, services, rewards, or prizes as advertised. Any contract you enter with a Partner is at your own risk (See Section 3).
Talent Outcomes: Any failure to secure auditions, employment, or professional representation as a result of using the directory.
Member Content: Any defamatory, offensive, or illegal content submitted by other Members or third parties posing as industry professionals.
7.3 Indemnity by the Member: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) arising from: (a) Your breach of any part of these Terms; (b) Any inaccurate, false, or misleading information you upload or submit for structural administrative review; (c) Your interactions or disputes with any Business Partner or Casting entity found via the platform; (d) Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, submitting headshots, videos, or audio reels for public review that you do not own or possess the explicit license to use).
Expanded Reasonableness and Commercial Intent: > Risk Allocation: As a low-cost, flat-fee membership platform, it is commercially impossible for Cast 2 Crew to act as an insurer for the professional careers of its Members. It is reasonable that the Member, as an independent professional, carries the risk of their own business decisions and interactions. Every Member / Account Holder is 18+ years of age. Platform vs. Content: Because the platform relies on user-submitted data, it is reasonable that the Member remains legally responsible for the accuracy of their own materials. Cast 2 Crew cannot feasibly fact-check every background claim made on every backend submission, though we do maintain an approval gate. Proportionality of Fees: Our liability is limited in proportion to the membership fees paid. It would be an "Unfair Burden" for a business to be liable for thousands of dollars in "lost opportunity" claims when the entry fee is a small fraction of that amount. Third-Party Independence: Since we do not receive commissions from Business Partners (Section 4), we do not have the financial oversight to guarantee their performance. Therefore, the Member must hold the Partner, not the Facilitator, accountable.
8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance and Severability
8.1 Statutory Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
8.2 Limitation of Liability (Subject to ACL): To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited, at our absolute discretion, to: (a) The supplying of the Services again; or (b) The payment of the cost of having the Services supplied again.
Reasonableness: This "repair or replace" logic is the standard commercial limit under the ACL for service providers. It ensures that while we respect consumer rights, we are not liable for "consequential" or "indirect" losses (like a member's perceived loss of industry fame or potential career earnings).
8.3 Severability (The "Anchor" Clause): If any part of these Terms is found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction (such as a clause being deemed an "unfair contract term"), that specific part shall be "severed" (removed) from the agreement. The remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
Reasonableness: This prevents the entire "Custom Blueprint" and legal framework from collapsing due to a single technicality or a change in future legislation. Expanded Reasonableness and Commercial Intent: > Fairness and Transparency: By explicitly referencing the ACL, Cast 2 Crew acknowledges the "Power Imbalance" inherent in standard-form contracts. This inclusion demonstrates that our terms are drafted in Good Faith and are intended to be "Fair and Balanced" under the eyes of Australian regulators (ACCC).
Business Continuity: The Severability clause is a commercially standard protection. It is reasonable for a business to protect the integrity of its core contract while allowing for minor judicial adjustments if the law changes.
Proportionality: Limiting liability to the "re-supply of services" is a proportionate response for a flat-fee membership model. It prevents "disproportionate" legal claims that could bankrupt the platform over a minor technical fault.
9. Security, Anti-Fraud and Member Due Diligence
9.1 Official Communication Protocol: To protect the integrity of the community, Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd operates a strict verification protocol. All official correspondence, prize notifications, and administrative requests from Us will originate exclusively from an email address ending in admin@cast2crew.com.
Verification Duty: You are responsible for verifying the sender's identity. We will never ask for your full password, banking PIN, or sensitive financial data via SMS or social media "Direct Messages" (DMs).
Indemnity from Impersonation: Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from "phishing," "spoofing," or scammers pretending to be representatives of the Company.
9.2 Third-Party Due Diligence (Opportunities and Casting): While our platform acts as a bridge to industry opportunities, we do not vet the specific safety, legitimacy, or financial standing of every person claiming to be a Casting Director, Producer, or Partner. The Member assumes all risk and responsibility for performing their own "Due Diligence" before attending auditions, signing contracts, or sharing personal data with third parties. We are not liable for the conduct of individuals posing as legitimate industry professionals or "partners." You must exercise professional caution when engaging with any opportunity.
9.3 Reporting Obligation: If you suspect any person or entity is posing as an official Cast 2 Crew representative, or if you believe a "Business Partner" or "Casting Opportunity" is not genuine, you have a duty to report this immediately to admin@cast2crew.com.
Expanded Reasonableness and Commercial Intent: > Mitigation of Cyber Risk: In the modern digital economy, no platform can provide a 100% guarantee against third-party impersonation. By establishing a "Gold Standard" for communication (admin@cast2crew.com), it is reasonable to expect the Member—who is operating in a professional capacity—to verify the source of an email before acting upon it. Industry Standard Practice: It is standard industry practice for talent to perform their own safety checks (e.g., verifying casting offices or partner storefronts). It is commercially unreasonable for a digital publisher to act as a "security detail" for every private interaction between a Member and an external party.
Collective Security: The reporting requirement is necessary to protect the "Custom Blueprint" and the wider community; by notifying us of bad actors, we can take technical steps to block them from the platform.
10. Dispute Resolution, Support Channels and Non-Disparagement
10.1 Support Ticket Obligation: Cast 2 Crew maintains a dedicated support system to handle technical glitches, data submissions, and billing issues. Members agree to submit all complaints, issues, or discrepancies in good faith directly through official support channels via admin@cast2crew.com and must allow a reasonable administrative window for investigation and resolution.
10.2 Prohibition of Public Disparagement and Fabricated Content: By entering this agreement and purchasing a membership, you explicitly agree not to publish, post, broadcast, or amplify any statements—whether on public forums, social media, review sites (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot), or public groups—that are defamatory, libellous, malicious, or that contain fabricated, misleading, or unfairly exaggerated narratives regarding Cast 2 Crew, its staff, its curation or approval decisions, or its business partners.
10.3 Penalty for Public Defamation: Bypassing formal support channels to intentionally damage the brand identity, reputation, or commercial operations of Cast 2 Crew via public internet spaces constitutes a material breach of contract.
Immediate Termination: Upon discovery of any such disparagement, Cast 2 Crew reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the member's account, strip any Free, Monthly Pro, Yearly Pro, or legacy Founding Member benefits, and permanently pull down their directory profile layout without prior notice.
Forfeiture of Fees: In the event of termination under this section, all historical payments made—including active subscriptions or one-off upfront legacy Founding Member lifetime fees—are 100% non-refundable and completely forfeited to the company.
Expanded Reasonableness and Commercial Intent: > Protection of Brand Equity: As a digital submission platform, our marketplace reputation is our primary commercial asset. Unfair, exaggerated, or fabricated public venting completely bypasses the internal systems designed to help the member and causes disproportionate financial damage to the business. It is a necessary and proportionate measure to disconnect from members who choose public sabotage over cooperative dispute resolution.
Symmetry with Lifetime Deals: Because Founding Members do not pay recurring fees but require continuous structural site access and technical support, it is entirely reasonable to condition that perpetual privilege on compliance with basic professional decency and truthfulness in public discourse.
11. Code of Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy
11.1 Expected Professionalism: Cast 2 Crew is a professional ecosystem designed to connect talent with opportunities and rewards. All Members are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and courteous standard of behaviour in all interactions related to the platform.
11.2 Prohibited Misconduct: We enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
Abuse Toward Staff: Any aggressive, threatening, abusive, profane, or defamatory language, whether written or verbal, directed toward Cast 2 Crew representatives, helpdesk staff, reviewers, or directors.
Interactions with Business Partners: Any toxic, disruptive, or unprofessional behaviour when interacting with our digital reward Business Partners or casting entities found through the platform.
Community Harm: Any bullying, harassment, discrimination, stalking, or unfair targeting of other Cast 2 Crew members, including via our social media pages, community channels, or comments sections.
11.3 Right to Suspend or Terminate for Misconduct: If a Member is found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct, Cast 2 Crew reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to take immediate disciplinary action. This includes immediate temporary account suspension, a permanent platform ban, the removal of submitted profiles from the directory layout, and total forfeiture of all past fees paid, without liability or recourse.
