Since Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd is a digital-first platform, our delivery processes are built for speed, transparency, and professional accuracy. By utilizing our platform, purchasing an Upgrade Package, or participating in our trade promotions, you acknowledge and agree to the following delivery protocols.

1. Digital Service Delivery (Instant Fulfilment)

Cast 2 Crew does not ship physical goods for core memberships or digital upgrades. All primary service deliverables are provided electronically.

Immediate Access: Upon successful payment processing, access to the Rewards Club "Custom Blueprint" directory and your personal account dashboard is granted instantly via your digital login credentials.

Giveaway Entry: Your inclusion and specific entry weightings for active random draws are recorded in our secure digital database the moment your transaction is completed.

2. Editorial Curation & Profile Publication Timeline

While access to the platform's Rewards Club is instant, your public-facing Talent Directory profile is a manually curated publication service, not an automated upload.

Professional Curation: Once you submit your raw editorial materials (headshots, showreels, professional bios, and verified credentials) via the dashboard, our curation team begins the structural layout process.

Standard Operational Window: We endeavor to format, verify, and publish standard profile queues within three (3) to five (5) business days from the receipt of complete, high-resolution materials.

Go-Live Notification: You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment your curated profile is officially published and made "live" on the public directory network.

Amendments & Boosters: Profile amendments are restricted. Per Section 2.1 and 2.2 of our Terms and Conditions, Founding Members must acquire amendment credits via Upgrade Booster Packages. These submission updates are processed manually by our team in the order they are received.

3. Giveaway Prize Shipping & Fulfilment

When you win a physical prize through a Cast 2 Crew trade promotion, the following strict fulfilment rules apply:

Verification Period: Shipping actions are initiated only after the chosen winner has been successfully verified for eligibility (age and residency verification) and has responded within the mandatory 10-business-day window outlined in Section 7.3 of the Terms.

Dispatch Window: Verified physical prizes are packaged and dispatched via our logistics queue within seven (7) business days following the successful conclusion of the verification phase.

Shipping Costs & Tracking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms of a draw, Cast 2 Crew covers standard trackable or registered shipping costs to eligible addresses within Australia. A tracking number will be issued to your registered email address upon dispatch.

Third-Party Partner Prizes: Per Section 8.2 of our Terms, if a prize is supplied or sponsored directly by an external Business Partner, that specific partner carries sole legal responsibility for fulfilment and shipping. Cast 2 Crew acts as a facilitator and is expressly not liable for carrier delays, item damages, or transit losses incurred by third-party fulfilment streams.

4. Geographic Shipping Restrictions

In strict compliance with Section 7.1 of our Terms and Conditions, Cast 2 Crew giveaways are restricted to eligible residents of permitted Australian states and territories, explicitly excluding South Australia (SA). We do not ship promotional prizes to international addresses, post office boxes outside of standard domestic arrangements, or to non-permitted jurisdictions.

5. Digital Delivery Issues & Support

If you have not received your automated account creation emails, upgrade billing receipts, or a critical prize notification within expected timeframes, you agree to execute the following due diligence before escalating a dispute:

  1. Check your email account's "Junk," "Spam," or "Promotions" filtering folders.

  2. Ensure your email client is actively whitelisting and permitting incoming emails from our official domain configuration.

  3. Verify that your tawk.to widget session logs or live support tickets match your administrative profile entries.
