This policy outlines the definitive procedures for managing your subscription, executing a billing cancellation, or requesting a voluntary account closure. By completing a purchase or initiating a membership on our platform, you provide express deemed acceptance of these operational protocols.

1. Subscription Billing Framework

Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd operates a mixed platform architecture consisting of fixed-period promotions and automated recurring billing structures:

VIP Supporter Tier: This is a "Lifetime Deal" requiring a single, one-off upfront payment. It does not carry recurring subscription fees, and no active cancellation is required to avoid future billing.

Essential Plan & VIP Verified Tiers: These tiers are structured as ongoing, recurring subscription services. By activating an Essential Plan or VIP Verified tier, you explicitly authorize Cast 2 Crew Pty Ltd to automatically bill your nominated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you formally cancel.

The Calendar Year Entry Expiration Rule: All promotional, complimentary, or subscription-derived giveaway entries are valid strictly within the calendar year in which they are issued. All accumulated entries automatically expire at 11:59:59 PM AEST on December 31st of that exact calendar year. Entry balances do not roll over or transfer into subsequent calendar years under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation vs. Full Account Closure

Members have two distinct pathways available for managing their profile status, depending on whether they wish to stop future billing or completely erase their presence from the directory:

Pathway A: Subscription Cancellation (Stop Future Charges)

If you wish to stop future automated recurring charges for an Essential Plan or VIP Verified tier, but want to keep your historical profile data, media, and talent network links intact, you must execute a standard cancellation:

The Process: Log directly into your Member Account Dashboard and submit a cancellation directive prior to your next scheduled billing renewal date.

The Outcome: Your premium tier features, profile visibility, and entry weightings will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period. At the conclusion of that cycle, your account will automatically downgrade to a Free Member profile.

Pathway B: Voluntary Account Closure & Data Deletion

If you wish to permanently remove your identity from our systems, take down your talent profile from the live directory, and terminate your account link entirely, you must submit a formal closure directive:

The Outcome: Upon verification, your public-facing curated talent profile will be permanently wiped from the active directory network, and any active subscription billing profiles will be terminated instantly.

3. Instant Forfeiture of Platform Assets & Status

If you choose to permanently close your account entirely (Pathway B) rather than executing a standard dashboard subscription cancellation to downgrade to a Free Member status (Pathway A), you explicitly agree to the following immediate, irreversible consequences:

Giveaway Eligibility Erasure: Your historical entry weightings and your tier-allocated free recurring entries are permanently wiped from our secure drawing database. Because our random electronic draws require an active, validated account link to award prizes, your eligibility for all upcoming trade promotion giveaways ends the exact second your profile is deactivated.

Irreversible Forfeiture of Status: VIP Supporter configurations represent a strictly limited promotional reward for early platform adoption or fixed-tier positioning. If you voluntarily close your account, this status and all associated lifetime perks are permanently forfeited. Subsequent re-registration on the domain will be subject to standard current market subscription rates and modern operational terms.

No Pro-Rata Refunds: As outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, subscription payments for the Essential Plan and VIP Verified tiers, as well as historical payments for lifetime access architecture, are considered fully consumed at the moment of initial digital delivery for that billing period. No partial, pro-rata, or residual refunds will be calculated or issued for mid-cycle cancellations or closures.
